IPP4 - Jordan

• IPP4 is the fourth independent power producers (“IPP”) in Jordan.
• IPP4 owns and operates a 250 MW multi fuel power generating facility.
• The power plant comprises of 16 Wartsila tri-fuel turbines and it has started its commercial operation in 2014.
• All the electricity produced and the capacity made available by IPP is purchased by National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) under a long term Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) until 2039.
